Assistant Mayor Tom Ferrini's Record:

On passing budgets, ordinances and rules:

• Voted for the last two budgets with tax increases of less than 4%
• Led the City Council in sponsoring and passing:
  • Term limits for City Boards and Commissions
  • Safe regulation of boarding houses
  • Height limits for downtown development
• Voted for a tax environment that helps seniors and families
• Works to make sure the budget process stays on track

Tom will listen, lead, and act. Tom is a reassuring voice of reason, while the City faces the challenges of incresed labor costs, increased sewer and water costs, and the challenges of urban development.

Tom has been a practicing attorney for 18 years. He is married to Jane Ferrini with two young children.
